Do you have order minimums or setup fees?
No and no. Order a single 4-inch transfer or a $3,800 production run. No color charges, no digitizing fees, no surprises. Volume tiers auto-apply as your cart grows, from 8% off at $49 to 50% off at $3,800.
What files do you accept?
PNG (recommended, transparent background), JPG, and vector files (PDF, SVG, AI, EPS). Our software auto-detects dimensions and previews color before you check out. Minimum 300 DPI for best results.
How durable are the transfers?
Golden DTF transfers survive 50+ commercial wash cycles at 40°C when applied per our press spec. We test every ink batch on cotton, polyester, and cotton-poly blends before it hits production.
What if I do not like my order?
We reprint free. If your transfer arrives with a defect or does not press correctly, send us a photo and we reprint the affected pieces at no charge. That is our Golden Standard.
