What We Cover

Production Errors, On Us

Color Off The File You Sent

If the printed transfer does not reproduce the file you uploaded, allowing for the difference between a backlit screen and printed ink, we reprint it. We calibrate our press against the same target ICC every day and keep a press log for every run. Our automated file check flags a CMYK file before you pay, because CMYK converts to our press profile and can shift.

Missing Ink or Dropout

White ink dropouts, thin black lines that did not lay down, missing detail from a small text run: if it left our shop that way, we reprint it. Photograph the transfer against a white background and email us.

Film Delamination Before Press

If the PET film separates before you press the transfer, we reprint it. This is a materials defect, not a user error. We track film lot numbers per production run.

Wrong Size or Wrong File

If our team packed the wrong artwork or produced at the wrong size, we cover the reprint plus reship. Full stop.

Honest Terms

What Falls Outside the Reprint Guarantee

We do not cover application errors or downstream user issues. These are typically fixable on your side. If you are unsure whether a failure is a print defect or a press issue, email a photo. We will read it honestly.

  • Applied at the wrong press temperature or dwell time (see our press guide)
  • Peeled hot when the film was labeled cold peel, or vice versa
  • Washed on a setting outside the care guide (hot water, high dryer heat, fabric softener)
  • Ink from the shirt bleeding through the transfer (pretreat or garment issue, not the print)

How to File a Reprint

  1. 1. Email us within 14 days. Send us a message with your order number and a clear photo of the defect. Daylight, white background, in focus.
  2. 2. We review in one business day. A production lead opens the ticket, compares the photo to the file you uploaded and to our internal press log, and issues a decision.
  3. 3. Reprint enters the queue. Approved reprints ship free, on our next production run, with tracking. You never re-upload, never re-pay.
