Definition
Golden DTF ships standard DTF, UV DTF and gang sheets the SAME business day. An order submitted by 1 PM EST on a business day is printed, inspected, packed and handed to the carrier before that day is out. That is the standard service on every order, not an upgrade and not a rush fee. Specialty UV runs longer and is listed separately below.

Standard Turnaround
Orders received before 1 PM EST Monday through Friday are printed, pass QA, are packed and ship that same business day. Orders received after the cutoff, on a weekend, or on a federal holiday enter production on the next business day and ship that day. Same-day shipping is not same-day delivery: transit is separate and is listed in the shipping table above.
Specialty UV Production Schedule
Specialty UV runs longer than the 24-hour standard because the cure and build stages are additive. Raised UV patches, dimensional UV graphics, luxury branding transfers, hard-good branding components, and fauxbroidery are 48 hours. Leatherette patches and puff DTF are 72 hours. Each product page states its own figure, and that figure is the one to plan against. There is no surcharge for specialty production, and the same 1 PM EST cutoff decides which business day the clock starts on.
Gang Sheet Production Time
Manual and auto-build gang sheets follow the same 24-hour standard. The gang sheet builder finalizes the layout the moment you submit, so there is no separate layout-approval delay. Production begins on the next business day cycle once the order is paid and the file is locked.
Shipping Time (After Production)
Production turnaround and shipping transit are separate windows. The 24-hour clock covers print, QA, and packout. Transit begins the moment the carrier scans the package at handoff.

Production Calendar Notes
Federal holidays are observed. No production runs on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day. Orders queued during a holiday close enter production the next business day. Back-to-school (late July through early September) and the November through mid-December holiday window are our highest-volume periods. The 24-hour schedule holds, but file submission discipline matters more during these windows because the cutoff is enforced strictly.
How to Plan Around the Schedule
- +Submit files by 11 AM EST for a safe same-day cycle. The 1 PM EST cutoff is hard, and the extra two-hour buffer absorbs any unexpected file QA back-and-forth.
- +Allow 2 business days of margin for first-time accounts. We may verify file specs, color expectations, or substrate suitability on a first run before locking the job into production.
- +Have a backup file ready in case QA flags an issue. A pre-prepared correction keeps your order inside the same business day cycle instead of pushing it out by 24 hours.
- +Review the file requirements reference before submission. Files that meet spec on the first pass ship on schedule with no QA pause.
File Submission Cutoff Details
The cutoff is calculated from the moment the order is paid and the file is received. Both events must be complete before 1 PM EST for the order to enter that day's production window. Re-submitted files after the cutoff push the order to the next business day cycle, even if the original submission was on time. - Do you ship on Saturdays?
- No. Production and shipping run Monday through Friday only, excluding federal holidays. An order placed Friday after the 1 PM EST cutoff, or any time over the weekend, is printed and shipped the following Monday.
- How does VIP same-day production work?
- Golden VIP extends the same-day cutoff to 3 PM Eastern on a business day, and puts your job at the front of that day's run. Same-day shipping itself is standard on every order at the base cutoff, with or without a membership. Orders placed after the cutoff, on a weekend or on a federal holiday print and ship the next business day.
- What if my file has an issue?
- If our QA flags a file issue we email you immediately with the exact correction needed. The production clock pauses until a corrected file is received. Re-submitted files received after the 1 PM EST cutoff push the order to the next business day, so keeping a backup file ready avoids losing the same-day window.
- How long is shipping after production?
- Standard domestic shipping is 2 to 5 business days from the date the package ships. Transit time is separate from production. Local pickup at our US production facility is available by appointment for decorators who need to skip transit entirely.
- Do you offer rush production beyond same-day?
- Same-day production via VIP Priority Membership is the fastest published option. For escalations beyond same-day, email [email protected] with the order details and required in-hand date. We will confirm whether the request is feasible before charging anything additional.
